Dear Customers,

We hereby inform you that, effective July 1, 2026, Spraytex Partners Industrial Ltda. has discontinued its manufacturing and commercial activities related to equipment for water humidification and the application of chemical products to textile substrates.

After more than 25 years dedicated to the development and commercialization of this technology, Mr. Walter Alvarez has retired and will now devote his time to consulting and engineering activities.

To ensure the seamless continuity of the production, commercialization, and technical support of these equipment systems, the donation of tangible assets and the transfer of intangible assets, including technical know-how, have been formally granted to Mr. Renold Grasmuk, partner of GRD Equipamentos Ltda. ME, headquartered in Indaial, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

Accordingly, as of July 1, 2026, the equipment previously manufactured and marketed under the Spraytex® brand will be produced and distributed by GRD Equipamentos Ltda. ME under the GRD® brand, ensuring full continuity of manufacturing, technical support, and customer service.
