SPRAYTEX-COATER®

The Spraytex-Coater® is based on one modular platform concept to realize the optimal configuration for different spray formats to attend clients’ specific needs and increase quality while cutting operating costs and maximizing production flexibility.

The Applicator provides a non-contact uniform – single or dual-sided consistent application of chemicals on moving textile for various processes, such as:

  • Finishing ranges;
  • Thermal-bonding machines;
  • Coating ranges;
  • Denim finishing processes;
  • Special ranges.

The Rotor-Spray Applicator is suitable for coating processes on textiles for products such as seat covers, sail fabrics, curtains, medical textiles, geotextiles, agro textiles, and protective clothing. The concept of minimum application between 10% to 40% aims to obtain specific functions necessary in Finishing and Coating to meet the products’ particular needs.

The Spraytex-Coater® consists of a Platform with an integrated vertical Transport Conveyor fitted with pins and locks. Further, 2 to 4 optional Spray units (rotor-disks carriers), Supply Unit, Electrical Cabinet and Control Unit. The spray units pulverize one or two chemical baths, single or dual-sided, on the moving substrate. Different dosing and measuring sensors can optionally integrate into the control system. An isolated compartment encapsulates the Rotor-Spray unit. The unit incorporates a protection system to prevent aerosols from reaching the workstation.

The Spraytex Applicators technology with the contactless streak-free application brings essential benefits compared to conventional applying finishing chemistry methods.

The equipment achieves excellent application results with high productivity, without wasting water and chemicals and low energy consumption with a safe working environment, ensuring a sustainable textile covering.
