Spraytex Partners Industrial Ltda. It is a startup founded in São Paulo, Brazil. Based on German technology and European patents, we develop and manufacture rotor spray applicators for diverse processes such as applications in high-finishing and coating of woven and knit fabrics, denim fabrics, technical textiles, pre-and post-treatment for digital printing, non-woven fabrics, and pigmentation.

Spraytex Partners designs its product family based on modular platforms and can offer cost-effective, individualized products. The modular architecture consists of subsystems built according to manufacturing and functional specifications to develop, design, manufacture, and independently test the overall system.

This modular platform concept aims to realize the optimal configuration for spray formats to meet clients’ specific needs, increase quality, and, at the same time, cut operating costs and maximize production flexibility.

The intellectual property of the equipment is protected under a European patent granted in 2018.
