COATING APPLICATIONS (NON-WOVEN – TECHNICAL TEXTILES)

The Applicator consists of a platform with an integrated vertical Transport Conveyor fitted with pins and locks, 2 to 4 optional Spray units (rotor-disks carriers), a Supply Unit, an Electrical Cabinet, and a Control Unit.

The spray units pulverize, a non-contact uniform, one or two chemical baths, single-sided or dual-sided, on the moving substrate. Different dosing and measuring sensors can optionally be integrated into the control system. An isolated compartment encapsulates the Rotor-Spray unit. The Spray Unit incorporates a protection system to prevent aerosols from reaching the workstation.
