With the Spraytex® Rotor-Lab, you can test the performance of most elements that form the compound of your chemical products. In addition, you can try the chemical bonds under different configurations of the spray parameters.
What was designed the Spraytex® Rotor-Lab for?
The SPRAYTEX® ROTOR-LAB was designed especially for Chemicals Manufacturers and Vendors of textile products that employ Spray Technology for various processes, such as Pre-treatment on knits and fabrics for digital printing, Finishing, and Coating ranges.
This research apparatus assists in developing new techniques to manufacture chemical compounds more suitable for the Pre-treatment of materials for digital printing, thus providing the basic knowledge to drive technological advances.
For this purpose, chemical manufacturers can characterize different compositions of recipes for the Pre-treatment for digital printing based on their physical parameters, such as surface tension, viscosity, and wetting behavior, and print them on textiles that have been pre-treated in different ways.
SPRAYTEX® ROTOR-LAB
SPRAYTEX® ROTOR-LAB, the optimum combination of moisture equalization and laboratory spray coating. The double spray applicator with eight rotary discs is used for treating the surfaces of textiles samples materials up to 50cm. Various kinds of textiles material are equalized and coated in two runs.
Multiple coatings are possible. Textile materials are prepared, so their sides have different finishing results (double-face effects).
