Spraytex Partner’s product lines offer two standard rotor spray systems. For water-only and chemical applications, they are customized to meet individual customers’ needs. The rotor carrier can spray onto a substrate regardless of the path orientation: vertical and horizontal.
The Know-how of spray technology for non-contact applications is based on suitable auxiliary chemicals, application methods, and their interaction. The spray method is effective when the liquor has been correctly determined according to the fiber and with the appropriate rheological properties and setting of the spray parameters.
The patented Rotor Spray System (European Patent EP 3 011 098 B1) represents a significant advancement in spray application technology. Core of Spraytex-Applicator technology are the rotor spray device, its drive system, and the feeding method of different chemicals into the distribution rotor disk, which opens the door to new applications not before possible.
The effective optimization of the spray parameters, the exact relationship between them (Spray rotor, angular spraying, aerosol size, and impact speed), is obtained after many years of experience, consuming time and money. The secret sauce is that expertise in innovation has resulted in an advance in finishing, coating, and other applications.
SPRAYTEX® applicators apply water and chemicals, without physical contact, uniformly and without causing stripes, to the surface of moving textile materials (fabrics and knits, non-woven and technical textiles) due to multiple overlapping spray fields that employ rotating discs.
Spraytex Applicator – spraying softener – dual sided application
The applicator consists of 2 Spray Units (rotor carriers), a Liquid Supply Unit, an Electrical Cabinet, and a Control Unit for spraying one or two chemical baths — on or both sides of the moving substrate. In addition, different dosing and measuring sensors can optionally integrate into the control system.
The Rotor-Spray unit is encapsulated in insulated housing, preventing overspray around the workstation, and ensuring a safe working environment.
